It is true , you should expect a better than normal experience. We received a phone call over the weekend to look at a sewage damage. We did what we usually do, go out and go out to access the situation . We were ready to go first thing this morning, and were told we had to wait, as they needed a second estimate. I have a tough time believing that it takes that long to put a scope together. This is what I feel “service without excuses is all about, not waiting until it is convenient for the restoration company. You should expect more from the company you choose.
