We just went out to a job site where the pipes were leaking under a commercial kitchen. I happened to leak into the crawl space. With proper repairs and dry out the problem is very fixable and can be detail cleaned ,sanitized, brought back to normal.

We received a call last year about 2 main sprinkler units had burst and had flooded in excess of 20,000 sq’. Our crews responded within 1 hour , that was at 1pm, by 8:30 pm we had everything set up and drying the same day. It was a long process to put them back together, but with their cooperation it worked out well for all parties.
